Pohsuan Zaide, PhD, RCC

Jungian Studies & Transformative Social Change

I am Jungian scholar and psychotherapist with a doctorate in Jungian studies. I have taught courses in Jungian psychology for Simon Fraser’s Continuing Studies Department in Vancouver. Using a depth psychological approach, I focus my clinical practice on helping individuals through difficult life transitions, past traumas, and issues related to meaning, purpose and vocation.

I am dedicated professional with over 25 plus years of diverse experience in individual and couples counselling & therapy, group therapy, as well as professional training and development. In the last few years, I have been especially interested in supporting those who would like to work on personal and spiritual growth, challenging themselves to enlarge beyond their own comfort zones and learning new ways to manage old problems. I use an eclectic approach, but specialize in Jungian dreamwork and psychotherapy.

I am passionate about bringing the visionary insights of C. G. Jung out of the clinical-academic world into public arenas such as education, social and environmental activism, and peace work.
