BE SAFE AND WELL EVERYONE!
Have you ever wondered why life can sometimes look so right on the outside but feel so wrong on the inside? Like some, you may have tried counselling to help with the emotional disturbances that disrupt your waking consciousness. Counselling might have been helpful in addressing everyday problems, but sometimes, the deeper issues persist. This is when going deeper can yield longer-lasting results.
Using a Jungian approach that is compatible with other modalities, we can explore in depth (through dreamwork, artwork, or active imagination) the core issues that keep you stuck. In working with symbol and imagery from the unconscious, we will uncover painful complexes as well as great potentials. Whatever the case may be, psyche will be our guide in this work. And this Quest will lead to your transformation and healing.
A pilgrimage is a journey of spiritual transformation. Depth work is such a journey into your interior psychic landscape.
